How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make any changes. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee modifications.

How can I pay?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.
Wish Money — Transfer your payment via Wish Money before delivery. Our Wish Money details will be shared with you upon order confirmation.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Lebanon.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $4.00. Orders above $200 qualify for free shipping.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
